I was a very good customer for over a year we ended up moving into a home that was already set up with direct also.So I called to cancel my account.At that time a was asked why i said it was no longer needed the person on the other end was very insistent to know exactly why.(i do not feel it is there bussiness to know my personal bussiness.)So then i was told to call back the next day they will know my exact bill would be.So i did and got the autamaded system which asked how i wanted to pay one option was by mail so after them giving me the address to send it to i sent out a check.well about 2 to 3 days later my account did pay them out the same amount that i had sent the check for.What i did not relize was that they had pulled it off my visa which was the same account.so after writting a check for a car payment
and it bounced that is when i relized they also cashed the check i sent.So why was i givin the option to send payment if they were going to pull it off my visa anyway.And then if my account was allready closed and payed off with the visa why would they cash a check for an account that is not there.
then why trying to get them to refund my visa i asked three time for a supervisior they put my hold then every 2 min would come on and say there trying to locate a supervisor.Then after 8 min they say there now going to transfer me and that did not happen.so after arguing they will get a check out to me in 15 days(my money)so i confirmed with the person then she says well then you must allow 2 to 3 days for the mail to diliver.So they are not covering for the checks that bounced because of there double charging.
